Elyce Bowron

As the Associate Director of Performance Medicine at Well&Boulder, Elyce Bowron brings a vast knowledge of business operations, a deep understanding of sports medicine, and a commitment to providing the highest standard of patient care.

Elyce earned her bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from Graceland University in Lamoni, IA, where she also played collegiate volleyball. She continued her education at Central Methodist University in Fayette, MO, earning her Master’s degree in Secondary Education. Since completing her formal training, Elyce has built a dynamic career spanning direct orthopedic patient care, teaching, mentoring, and business administration.

Throughout her professional journey, one thing has remained constant: her passion for people. Elyce is deeply dedicated to anticipating the needs of others and ensuring every individual leaves feeling better than when they arrived. She strives to lead with authenticity while fiercely supporting her patients and her team.

In her free time, Elyce enjoys being outside, working out, and spending time with her family.
